No need to call OPUS/ESP… just plug your evap into your BAR97 smog machine & do a purge… your ESP smog machine will update your station number automatically… If you have a worldwide smog machine, you will have to call worldwide and have them update your station number in your evap… OPUS (ESP) are now telling everyone that Delphi evaps are no longer allowed in the program…. NOT true.

A few tips on using your evap tester…
Always turn the unit & gas on & wait at least 5 mins for the pressures to settle…
be sure to set the bottle regulator to 80psi & the machine/regulator to 32psi… once set,, it should not need to be adjusted again…
never connect the sample hose to the tank or car first… connect the hose when prompted to do so…
when connecting the hose to the car,, place your other hand on a metal part of the car first before connecting the hose…
NOTE; your machine will lock you out after 10 failed calibrations…
